What We're Looking For:
Master's degree or doctoral degree (Au.
D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology Current Texas Licensure as an Audiologist Previous experience in pediatric and/or school settings valued Strong clinical and communication skills, especially working one-on-one with children Ability to collaborate seamlessly with educators, therapists, and families Dedication to delivering high-quality diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services Adaptability and positivity in dynamic school environments Willingness to commit to a full-time schedule and on-site position
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and hearing screenings for students Develop and implement individualized intervention and management plans Provide guidance and training to school personnel and parents on hearing technologies and communication strategies Maintain accurate, timely documentation and student records Consult with educational teams to support students academic and communicative needs Monitor and manage hearing equipment, including troubleshooting devices and ensuring their readiness Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student success Enjoy robust benefits, including health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k) program, and competitive weekly pay that reflects your expertise and commitment.
