Audiologist Location:

Massachusetts A growing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist to join its collaborative clinical team. New audiologist, and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. The ideal Audiologist will provide patient-centered care to pediatric and adult patients in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities The Audiologist will:

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations Perform tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing, OAEs, conditioned play audiometry, visual reinforcement audiometry, and speech-in-noise testing Educate patients and families about results and next steps Coordinate follow-up care and appropriate referrals Prepare accurate patient reports Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members Occasionally participate in community outreach Qualifications The successful Audiologist must have: A master's degree in Audiology A Massachusetts license or eligibility to obtain one Strong communication and organizational skills A positive, patient-focused approach Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation dependent on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Profit sharing Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off This full-time, on-site Audiologist opportunity offers professional growth within an established and expanding practice.
