Audiologist Location:

Near North Andover, Massachusetts An established and growing healthcare practice is seeking an experienced Audiologist to join its patient-focused clinical team. The right Audiologist will be confident working with both pediatric and adult patients while providing thorough evaluations, clear communication, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities The Audiologist will:

Complete comprehensive hearing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients Perform tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing, OAEs, conditioned play audiometry, visual reinforcement audiometry, and speech-in-noise testing Explain findings and recommendations to patients and families Coordinate follow-up appointments and professional referrals Complete accurate and timely clinical reports Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals Support occasional community outreach initiatives Qualifications The experienced Audiologist should have: A master's degree in Audiology Previous clinical audiology experience An active Massachusetts license or eligibility to obtain one Strong patient care and communication skills The ability to succeed within a collaborative, fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Performance-based bonus opportunities Profit sharing Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off This full-time, on-site Audiologist opportunity offers stability, professional growth, and the chance to join an expanding practice.
