  • Conduct thorough evaluations uncovering hearing concerns and lifestyle needs
  • Communicate information about the risk of untreated hearing loss
  • Demonstrate the benefits of hearing aid solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Create opportunities to generate sales through community events, appointment follow ups and patient referrals
  • Exceed sales goals while maintaining company benchmarks Qualifications
  • Natural ability to build rapport and trust with 60+ year old adults in a medical setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The desire to help people even when they might be hesitant
  • An ability to learn, follow protocols and accept coaching
  • Proven sales success and a competitive nature
  • Excellent time management skills with little direct supervision
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Income based on sales commissions, bonuses and hourly wage
  • Average income for this position is $85,000 +
