Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Audiologist / Hearing Healthcare Provider to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough hearing assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify hearing loss or balance disorders. Perform specialized testing such as vestibular testing and cochlear implant evaluations to support complex cases. Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids and assistive listening devices using advanced hearing aid programming software. Manage patient care from initial consultation through follow-up visits, ensuring optimal outcomes and client satisfaction. Collaborate with Lead Otolaryngologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans. Maintain accurate records using EMR/EHR systems, documenting assessments, diagnoses, and treatment progress clearly and efficiently. Educate patients on hearing health, device usage, maintenance, and available treatment options while fostering positive client communication and customer service. Skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient appointments efficiently. Proficiency in hearing assessments, specialized testing, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures related to audiology and vestibular disorders. Experience with patient management software such as EMR/EHR systems for documentation and scheduling. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex information to patients of all ages, including pediatrics. Familiarity with hearing aid fitting, programming, and troubleshooting using industry-standard tools. Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy related to the auditory system, and physiology principles. Ability to perform vestibular testing and interpret results accurately for balance-related issues. Knowledge of otolaryngology practices and cochlear implant procedures for advanced cases.
