An established audiology and hearing-care practice in Manhattan is seeking a skilled, compassionate Audiologist to join its growing clinical team. We serve an active and diverse patient population in a professional, patient-centered environment. This opportunity is ideal for an audiologist who values high-quality care, professional stability, and the autonomy to guide patients through the complete hearing-care journey. You will work in a well-equipped clinical setting with administrative support and the resources needed to provide comprehensive audiological and hearing-device services.

Location:

The Opportunity You will provide comprehensive diagnostic, rehabilitative, and hearing-device services to adult and pediatric patients. The position offers substantial clinical independence and the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while contributing to the continued development of a growing practice. We are seeking someone who combines strong clinical judgment with attentive communication and a genuine commitment to improving patients' quality of life. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations and hearing assessments
  • Conduct air- and bone-conduction testing, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and related diagnostic procedures
  • Assess patients' hearing, communication, and lifestyle needs
  • Evaluate candidacy for hearing aids and other hearing-assistance technologies
  • Recommend appropriate technology and clearly explain available treatment options
  • Fit, program, and dispense hearing devices
  • Provide hearing-aid orientation, adjustments, troubleshooting, and ongoing follow-up care
  • Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, rehabilitation, and treatment options
  • Maintain complete, timely, and accurate clinical documentation
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to referring providers and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
  • Develop long-term patient relationships through professional, compassionate, and responsive care

  • Current New York State audiologist license
  • New York State hearing-aid dispensing registration
  • Strong audiological diagnostic and clinical skills
  • Experience fitting and programming hearing devices
  • Excellent communication and patient-counseling abilities
