Rothschild, WI & Green Bay, WI Allegiance Medical Group is looking for an independent Audiologist with an established practice or clinic location to perform Compensation & Pension (C&P) examinations for Veterans and government employees. - Independent contractor opportunity with a supportive team What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive adult audiology evaluations
- Conduct hearing loss and tinnitus examinations
- Complete required testing and documentation
- Review medical records and provide medical opinions when needed
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)
- Submit timely, accurate examination reports
Requirements:
We're Looking For- Licensed Audiologist with an established practice or clinical location
- Au.
- Strong diagnostic audiology experience
- Experience with pure tone, speech, and immittance testing
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- NPI required
- Board certification preferred, but not required
