Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Coryell Health. Coryell Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join our team. As an Audiologist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. You will be responsible for administering and interpreting diagnostic hearing tests, recommending and fitting hearing aids, and providing ongoing care and support for patients with hearing loss. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families. You will be working closely with an experience ENT. •$5000.00 Sign-on Bonus•Opportunities for Incentive Compensation in addition to salary!

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and acoustic immittance testing Interpret test results and make recommendations for treatment plans, including hearing aid selection and fitting Administer and interpret diagnostic tests for patients with balance and vestibular disorders Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients Provide counseling and education to patients and their families about hearing loss and communication strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Stay current with industry trends and developments in audiology through continuing education and professional development opportunities Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Adhere to all ethical and legal standards for audiology practice At Coryell Health, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers our employees to deliver the best possible care to our patients. Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program Current state license to practice audiology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Strong knowledge of diagnostic audiology, hearing aid selection and fitting, and counseling techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
