Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs Work 1:1 with clients in home, clinic, or community settings Collect and record data on client progress using an electronic data collection platform Follow behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Willingness to obtain First Aid certification Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children with developmental disabilities Experience working with children Background in Psychology, Education, or related field Interest in pursuing a career in ABA Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

Day shift After school hours (our afternoon sessions are 2pm/3pm-5pm) Weekday only
