- Educational Diagnostician Job Type Contract 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a dedicated professional providing behavioral support in school settings!
- Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students in both elementary and cross-campus Life Skills classrooms
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Utilize your expertise to de-escalate challenging behaviors with skill and compassion, especially when working with students needing higher levels of behavioral support
- Rely on your experience in crisis prevention or CPI training, particularly for positions working with more aggressive caseloads
- Track progress and document interventions to help students achieve their goals
- Foster positive, productive environments that help every student reach their potential Ideal backgrounds and experience include:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued
- Expertise working with elementary, middle, or high school populations
- Background in supporting students with behavioral challenges, especially in behavior support or Life Skills classrooms
- CPI certification or prior experience managing aggressive behaviors is highly desirable for specific caseloads Enjoy a consistent schedule, working approximately 7:15 am-3:30 pm, with opportunities for extension and summer work—so you can plan ahead while making a direct impact.
