Registered Behavior Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans to support the clients' needs. Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback on client progress
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation
• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality at all times Qualifications
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Familiarity with special education practices
• Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Proficient in medical records management and documentation
