About us Bridges Behavior Therapy and Consulting, LLC is a small business in Tuscumbia, AL. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to increase the personal and behavioral independence of individuals affected by ASD and other developmental disabilities. We work extensively with individuals who exhibit a variety of developmental needs and challenging behaviors by building adaptive skills in homes, schools, and community settings. .
Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting We are looking for an experienced and passionate therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and be able to provide evidence-based services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and providing direct 1:1 instruction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Conduct assessments and track progress of clients. Develop and implement behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for clients. Provide family support and education. Maintain accurate records of client progress.

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
