Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic school environment near Lavaca, AR. Step into a vital onsite role working collaboratively with the school team under the guidance of a Virtual BCBA. Your expertise and compassion will contribute to creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for students who require behavioral support.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Experience providing behavioral support services to school-aged children Proficiency implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Comfort working onsite and engaging with students and school staff Excellent communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral interventions and skill development activities to students per individualized behavior plans Collaborate closely with a supervising Virtual BCBA to receive ongoing guidance and adjust strategies as needed Record and report student progress, maintaining clear, accurate data and notes according to established protocols Support a positive school environment through proactive, respectful engagement with students and team members Participate in virtual supervision sessions and team meetings as required What to
