Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as our Clinical Director, leading our team in delivering exceptional behavioral health services. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical operations, supervising behavior analysts and therapists, and ensuring the highest standards of care for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. The Clinical Director will champion evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), conduct comprehensive assessments, and foster a supportive environment that promotes client progress and staff development. Duties Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral therapy and ABA Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and functional assessments to determine appropriate intervention strategies for clients Lead intake processes, including client assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children with autism spectrum disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and progress notes in accordance with legal standards Coordinate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to support client communication, progress updates, and collaborative care efforts Manage clinical operations across home-based, school-based, and clinic settings to optimize service delivery and client outcomes Skills Extensive experience working with children with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral intervention techniques, and functional behavior assessments (FBA) Proven ability to conduct behavioral health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and functional assessments in various settings Excellent patient care skills with a focus on client-centered approaches and family engagement Proficiency in data collection methods for tracking progress and informing treatment adjustments Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management Experience working within special education environments or school settings is highly desirable Ability to provide clinical supervision while fostering professional growth among team members Join us as a BCBA - Clinical Director to lead innovative behavioral health services that transform lives.
