Your energetic approach and clinical expertise will foster positive change and empower those we serve. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), to identify underlying causes of behaviors and develop targeted intervention plans. Support clients' social-emotional development by implementing behavior support strategies tailored to children with disabilities in educational or home environments. Participate in ongoing professional development related to behavioral health, clinical supervision techniques, and current best practices in autism spectrum disorder support. Experience Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in clinical or educational settings. Demonstrated expertise in data collection methods specific to behavioral therapy programs. Prior experience conducting behavioral assessments such as functional assessments or diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorders. Hands-on experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders in home-based or school environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and familiarity with medical records management is essential. Experience providing behavior intervention within applied behavior analysis (ABA) frameworks for children is required. Strong background in working with families or caregivers during intake processes and ongoing client communication is vital for success in this role.
