Clinic Setting - Full time, Monday - Friday. 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, but not required. We provide PAID training!! You will provide ABA Therapy and work with children 1 to 6 years of age. You will work in a 1 to 1 ratio . This is NOT a sedentary job! Must be able to lift 40 lbs. run short distances, squat, kneel and bend down, sit on the floor and independently get back up as well as reach with arms and hands. Implement individualized behavior support and skill-acquisition plans. Collect objective session and behavioral data accurately. Experience working with children, Autism, or developmental disabilities preferred. Our program is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA experience is a plus but we are more than are willing to train the right candidate who shares our core values. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card, CPR/First Aid certification. Must pass a background check. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics guidelines.
