Yes! We are looking for individuals who have experience with younger age children, supporting them with communication or behavioral needs, in a professional setting. Experience providing ABA Therapy is preferred. What is my earning potential? Your starting pay depends on your experience, and may be anywhere from $21-$27/hr. Our monthly training, weekly overlaps, and valuable feedback are designed to support you and provide opportunities to earn up to an additional $4/hour within the first year. In addition, Ascend provides opportunities beyond that to earn additional raises through career development and annual reviews. Is this Full-Time (FT) or Part-Time (PT)?
