Position Overview:

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our growing team. This role involves working directly with children with autism to support skill development, independence, and positive behavior. The position begins as part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time as our caseload expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Work 1:1 with children with autism to implement behavior support strategies. Assist in teaching communication, social, and daily living skills. Support children in community, school, and home settings as needed. Collect data on client progress and follow treatment plans. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent and effective support.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, patient, and compassionate. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college in psychology, education, or related field preferred. Must be able to work in both San Luis and Yuma areas. Fingerprint clearance card (or willingness to obtain).
