Animate Behavior is a BCBA-owned, boutique ABA agency serving the Greater Bay Area, and we're hiring a full-time Lead Behavior Technician for our Early Learner Center in Albany. This role is ideal for experienced RBTs who are ready to expand their leadership skills while continuing to provide high-quality direct services. You'll support young children with autism in a structured, center-based setting while serving as a mentor and resource to other Behavior Technicians, with a BCBA onsite at all times. Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday 9-6, in person at our Albany Early Learner Center. Employment is contingent on meeting standard health and immunization requirements for working with young children.
