Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a school-based setting in Watsonville, California . The RBT will work directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans and provide individualized support under the supervision of a qualified BCBA or other appropriate supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral support to students in a school-based environment. Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors and progress. Support students in developing social, communication, and behavioral skills. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and supervising clinicians. Follow all school policies and maintain student confidentiality. Attend required meetings, training sessions, and supervision.Requirements:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Previous experience working with children or students is preferred. Experience in a school-based or special education setting is a plus.Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hourBenefits:
