Caseload & Role Focus:

Support students with behavioral, developmental, and social-emotional needs Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collect and analyze behavioral data Provide behavioral consultation and support to school staff Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers

Key Responsibilities:

Complete behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Create, implement, and monitor BIPs Provide behavioral consultation and staff support Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams Participate in IEP meetings as needed Maintain accurate documentation and behavioral data

Requirements:

Active BCBA Certification Appropriate California licensure/credentialing or ability to obtain Master's degree in a relevant field School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to support students with varying behavioral and developmental needs Open to Travelers and New Graduates!
