Monday-Friday during school hours Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide behavioral consultation and support to school staff, students, and families. Analyze behavioral data and make evidence-based recommendations. Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, teachers, and related service providers. Train and coach staff on behavior management strategies and best practices. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Knowledge of IDEA, special education processes, and behavioral intervention practices is a plus.
