Qualifications and Experience:
Current BCBA certification required Experience working with children in PreK-8th grade preferred Strong knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and strategies Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively across multiple sites Adaptability and problem-solving aptitude
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Oversee and guide the implementation of ABA therapy in classroom settings Train and support teachers, aides, and families regarding behavior strategies Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Serve as a behavior specialist resource across 2-3 school sites Maintain clear, timely documentation and reporting in compliance with school guidelines Foster an inclusive, positive, and proactive learning environment for diverse learners This is a full-time, in-person role working 40 hours per week and supporting students from PreK through 8th grade. Your insights will help shape effective interventions that empower both students and staff, ensuring a positive educational experience.
