Key Qualifications:
Current national certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, preferably within a school or pediatric setting Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and individualized support Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families Capacity to implement treatment plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Adaptable, reliable, and compassionate when working with children and adolescents
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral responses Support students in classroom, small group, and one-on-one settings Collaborate with educators and related staff to reinforce positive behaviors and learning Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed Maintain accurate documentation to comply with program standards and ethical guidelines You'll gain the rewarding experience of working in a school environment, contributing to student success while developing your skills as an RBT.
