HOUR PLUS COMMISSION JOB DESCRIPTION

Coastal Breeze Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a dependable and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We are a growing company with great opportunity for advancement , and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term. This position is ideal for someone with HVAC service and diagnostic experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, has a positive attitude, and wants to be part of a company that values hard work, reliability, and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, package units, and mini split systems Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and control issues Communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers Complete service calls in a professional and efficient manner Maintain clean and organized job sites and service vehicles Follow company service standards and safety procedures Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately

QUALIFICATIONS

HVAC service experience strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license Clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions Ability to lift and carry tools and equipment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented
