Job Summary Job Summary Under the supervision of the Coordinator of Behavior Intervention and the general direction of the assigned Administrator/ Director of Special Services, the Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing, support, consultation and training to school site administrators, staff, paraprofessionals, instructional assistants, support staff and teachers in Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports, across all three tier levels. The Behavior Analyst may conduct behavioral assessments, create and implement behavior intervention and escalation cycle management plans, run and implement evidence-based group interventions, provide related services as outlined within the student's approved support plan or IEP, and work closely with the school psychologist to support classrooms and students. Qualifications Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
  • Experience in an educational setting developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for students
  • Advanced training or knowledge in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification) Copy of Transcript (Master's Degree from accredited college or university) Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Reference (3 recent letters; dated within the past 2 years) Resume Requirements /
