Qualifications & Experience:

Current RBT certification required Previous experience working as a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, or Behavior Specialist in school or clinical settings preferred Proficient in implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA or school psychologist Excellent communication and observation skills Ability to foster a positive, supportive atmosphere for students with behavioral or developmental challenges High level of patience, reliability, and adaptability
