This is an in-person role supporting educators and students within a school district in Culver City, CA.
Caseload:
District-wide consultation supporting teachers and classrooms with high behavioral needsSchedule:
Mon-Fri 7:30a - 3pLocal Pay Rate:
$72-74.50 per hour (DOE)Traveler Pay Rate:
$3,000-$3,100 weekly• includes untaxed travel stipends for a 40-hour week Essential Duties Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop and implement classroom strategies grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Consult with educators to create and refine lesson plans that improve student engagement, learning outcomes, and behavioral success. Provide coaching and ongoing support to teachers managing classrooms with high behavioral needs. Develop proactive behavior support systems and classroom management strategies that promote positive student behavior. Analyze behavioral and academic data to identify trends and recommend evidence-based interventions. Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and other behavioral supports. Required Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, School-based experience supporting students with behavioral challenges Strong consultation, leadership, and training skills Experience developing behavior supports and data-driven interventions Excellent written and verbal communication skills How to Apply Submit your resume highlighting your BCBA experience.
