Senior Registered Behavior Technician Works ABA Eastvale, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Internship $25 - $30 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications RBT Certification Teamwork Registered behavior technician experience HIPAA Experience working with children Bachelor's degree Teaching Full Job Description Looking for a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to play a vital role in supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders. BCBA Supervison hours available and are encouraged to apply. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will deliver high-quality behavioral therapy services, skill acquisition across developmental domains, and contribute to personalized care plans that promote growth and independence. Part-Time and Full Time available, all shifts available, including Noc and weekend shifts. Services are held in an in-home setting. If no RBT Certification, candidate must start the process immediately. - Must be able to address physical aggression, elopement, and skill acquisition goals across developmental domains (cognitive, communication, speech, social, motor skills, hygiene). Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Assist clients with ADLs such as grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility to promote independence and self-care skills Collect and analyze data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to inform ongoing treatment adjustments Support the development and execution of teaching strategies aligned with each client's care plan and goals Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts, family members, educators, and medical professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery Engage in ongoing training related to behavioral health, ethical practices, medical terminology, and behavior management techniques to enhance service quality Experience Prior experience working directly with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders or disabilities in home-based or clinical settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), skill acquisition, behavior management strategies, and autism spectrum disorder support techniques Experience assisting with ADLs, lesson planing, program development, and implementing behavior intervention plans within a professional or educational environment Familiarity with medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology is advantageous Proven ability to work effectively with children or adults in a compassionate, patient-centered manner while maintaining professional boundaries Previous roles involving data collection, progress tracking, or documentation related to behavioral health or special education are highly valued Join us in making a meaningful difference!
