$70 per hour

Hybrid / In-Home ABA Services MindHaven Holistic ABA LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA practice serving children and families throughout the Elk Grove and greater Sacramento area. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is looking for a flexible part-time position, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to grow with a developing practice. The position is expected to begin at approximately 10-20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours and expanded responsibilities as our client census continues to grow. What We Offer $70 per hour Flexible scheduling Approximately 10-20 hours per week Opportunity for increased hours as the practice grows Hybrid and in-home service model Opportunity to help shape clinical services within a growing ABA practice Collaborative and supportive work environment Manageable caseload focused on quality of care Opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, families, and RBTs Professional autonomy within established clinical and ethical standards Responsibilities The BCBA will provide clinical oversight and behavioral services that may include: Conducting behavioral assessments and reassessments Developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Monitoring client progress and analyzing clinical data Modifying treatment plans based on client response and clinical need Providing supervision, training, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Conducting parent and caregiver training Supporting families with implementation of behavioral strategies Reviewing session documentation and treatment data Ensuring services meet BACB, payer, and organizational requirements Collaborating with RBTs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team Completing clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines Participating in treatment-plan updates, authorizations, and reassessments as needed Promoting ethical, compassionate, evidence-based, and family-centered ABA services Qualifications Candidates must: Hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Meet applicable California requirements for providing ABA services Have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental or behavioral needs Have experience supervising RBTs or other behavioral support staff Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills Be organized, dependable, responsive, and professional Be comfortable working collaboratively with families and treatment-team members Maintain required professional credentials and liability coverage, as applicable Successfully complete required background screening Experience providing in-home ABA services is strongly preferred.
