This full-time, contract position offers a meaningful opportunity to collaborate within an elementary intensive intervention program, focusing on delivering exceptional social-emotional, behavioral, and academic support to students. Working 8:00am-3:30pm, you'll become a reliable source of encouragement, structure, and skill-building for young learners. In this position, you will: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect accurate data and maintain detailed records related to student progress Utilize evidence-based strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and support academic achievement Encourage and model appropriate social interactions within the classroom environment Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student success Adapt interventions as needed to respond to student needs Assist students with emotional regulation and problem-solving techniques Preferred background: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience supporting children in educational or behavioral settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow direction, engage positively with students, and maintain professionalism Adaptable, patient, and enthusiastic about student growth Enjoy a rewarding work experience while receiving $28+/hour, delivered through reliable weekly pay.
