What You'll Do:

Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurological disorders in a clinic-based or home setting. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on client progress during each session. Collaborate with the clinical team to support clients' goals and family needs. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development events. Maintain a positive, professional, and compassionate demeanor at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact. Ability to work independently, as well as with a collaborative team of dedicated clinicians. High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred). Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days (required for long-term employment). Reliable transportation and punctuality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and willingness to grow with a dynamic, startup environment.

Physical Requirements:

Remain physically active throughout the workday, including sitting, standing, walking, and moving quickly as needed. Occasionally lift, move, or support clients who may weigh up to 50 pounds. Maintain visual and auditory awareness of the client at all times to ensure their safety.
