Key Qualifications and Experience:

Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting Understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and best practices Proficient with data collection and documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide direct one-on-one or small group support to students Collect accurate data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes Assist with developing socially significant skills in communication, academics, and social domains Collaborate with educators and related service providers to ensure consistency of behavior plans Participate in team meetings and contribute observations to guide student progress Enjoy the flexibility and growth that a contract RBT role in a school setting has to offer.
