Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Demonstrated early childhood experience Previous work with K-12-aged children preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and work collaboratively with educators and families Flexibility and commitment to supporting students with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavior intervention services to students throughout the school day Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavior analysts to implement customized behavior plans Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data to track student progress Assist in developing strategies to promote positive behavior and support social-emotional learning Participate in team meetings to discuss student support, progress, and goals Maintain confidentiality of student information at all times Foster a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
