What youll bring:

Active BCBA Certification is required Experience working in school settings, especially with a high school caseload, is highly preferred Confidence in providing supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Strong communication skills, paired with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and parents Enthusiasm for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and monitoring student progress Responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and developing tailored behavior intervention strategies for high school students Overseeing and mentoring RBTs to ensure fidelity and best practices in program delivery Collaborating with classroom teams, teachers, and administrative staff for holistic student support Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to inform ongoing behavioral objectives and strategies Leading professional development sessions and providing resources for staff where appropriate Enjoy meaningful work while receiving top-tier support and resources.
