Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on thorough assessments. Collaborate with staff and multidisciplinary teams during intake processes, client assessments, and ongoing treatment planning to ensure cohesive support. Deliver training and supervision to caregivers or staff involved in behavior intervention efforts through clinical supervision sessions. Maintain accurate medical records, document client progress, and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Support clients in various settings including day program and community environments while adhering to best practices in behavioral health. Qualifications BCBA, LCSW, LMFT, or Bachelor's Plus 2 years of ABA experience, and 12 units of ABA coursework required (RBTs welcome to apply) Experience working with children or adults with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, functional assessment, and behavioral intervention strategies. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and clinical documentation standards. Familiarity with data collection methods used in behavioral health to track client progress effectively. Prior experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments such as FBA or diagnostic evaluations. Ability to work effectively in day program as well as community environments; experience working with adults with disabilities is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and staff education; experience working within HIPAA guidelines is essential.
