9676802-95948 Job Description Support students and make a difference by bringing your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician to a vibrant school environment. As a key member of a dedicated behavioral support team, you'll provide essential services to students with Level 3 and Level 4 autism. These positions require professionals who are confident, adaptable, and ready to take on a challenging, highly rewarding caseload.

What youll need:

Active RBT certification Demonstrated experience working with students exhibiting Level 3 and Level 4 autism Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral intervention strategies Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-needs setting with a very intense caseload Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in a related field is preferred Reliable, compassionate, and committed approach to student care Your responsibilities will include: Delivering individualized behavioral interventions and support plans as directed by BCBA supervision Collecting and documenting data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes Assisting with the implementation and modification of intervention strategies in classroom and therapy settings Maintaining regular communication with behavioral and educational staff regarding student progress and needs Supporting the inclusion of students in educational and social activities with sensitivity and respect This is a full-time, Monday through Friday contract assignment, offering 37.5 hours each week. You'll play a vital part in fostering growth, skill-building, and daily success for students in a dynamic academic setting.
