Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school-based contract assignment near Hacienda Heights, CA. In this hands-on opportunity, you'll collaborate with dedicated teams to help develop and implement behavior intervention plans, working directly with students, staff, and families to create supportive, inclusive learning environments.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Prior experience providing behavior analytic services in school or pediatric settings Strong understanding of evidence-based behavior intervention strategies Ability to conduct assessments, create behavior plans, and collect and analyze data Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families Flexibility and a positive attitude in dynamic educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate on the development of individualized behavior intervention plans Model and train staff in behavior analytic procedures and best practices Monitor student progress through consistent data collection and adjust plans as needed Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to support students' success in academic and social settings Facilitate family and staff meetings to ensure all parties are informed and engaged Maintain thorough documentation in line with district and professional guidelines As a valued part of this educational community, you will work in a setting where your expertise matters and your input is valued.
