Job Overview Care Cove is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental needs in home and community-based settings. As a BT/RBT, you will work closely with clients and their families while receiving ongoing support and supervision from our clinical team. You will help clients build meaningful skills, increase independence, and make progress toward individualized treatment goals. Duties Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settings. Implement individualized treatment plans, skill acquisition programs, and behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA. Support clients in developing communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. Collect accurate data throughout sessions to monitor client progress and support clinical decision-making. Use positive reinforcement and other evidence-based ABA strategies to support learning and behavior change. Complete clear, accurate, and timely session documentation in accordance with company and funding-source requirements. Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, families, supervisors, and other members of the care team. Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and coaching provided by the clinical team. Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA, company policies, and applicable professional and ethical standards. Maintain consistency and reliability with assigned client schedules to support continuity of care. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children or individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or related support needs is preferred. RBT certification is preferred but not required for all positions. Willingness to learn and implement Applied Behavior Analysis principles and evidence-based treatment strategies. Ability to collect data, follow individualized treatment protocols, and respond appropriately to feedback and coaching. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Dependable, professional, patient, and comfortable working independently in clients' homes and community settings. Ability to travel to client locations within the employee's assigned service area.
