What Youll Do:

Provide direct behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans for students Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, school psychologists, and support professionals Supervise and support implementation of interventions by school staff and paraprofessionals Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed Train and consult with school personnel and families to reinforce positive behavioral change Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and ethical guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and help shape individualized educational strategies

Desired Qualifications:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience providing behavioral services in school or pediatric settings preferred Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and be flexible with changing caseloads Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
