Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong assessment, program development, and collaboration skills Effective communicator with staff, students, and families Ability to work onsite full-time (35 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and design behavior intervention plans Train and supervise RBTs, teachers, and support staff Collect and analyze behavioral data Provide ongoing support and consultation to school personnel Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
