The RBT will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role is essential in providing support and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral health practices and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and enhance daily functioning. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, including progress notes and behavior data collection. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies across environments. Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to behavioral health practices. Support clients in developing social skills, communication, and coping strategies through structured activities. Monitor client progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising BCBA. Skills Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation processes related to behavioral health. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Ability to create and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs. Proficient in managing medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data collection and reporting. A compassionate approach towards clients, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions. Pay:
