r8289-93534 Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) School-Based | Lancaster, CA | $25+/hr We are hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based contract role in Lancaster, CA . Support students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve behavior and academic outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support per IEPs/BIPs Implement ABA strategies under BCBA supervision Track and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, SPED staff, and

BCBAs Requirements:

Active RBT certification Experience with ABA therapy and behavior intervention School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
