Join Cross Country Education as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support students, educators, and school teams during the 2026-2027 school year in the Lawndale and Hawthorne, CA area. Position Overview Conduct student and classroom observations to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized intervention strategies. Develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes. Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavior management practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and educational success. Qualifications Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams School-based experience or experience supporting K-12 students preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
Competitive Pay:
Earn $67.00 - $70.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
