We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school setting in Lennox, California. You'll collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to develop effective behavior support plans, promote student independence, and improve participation in learning. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Implement, monitor, and adjust behavioral interventions based on student needs and progress data. Collaborate with the school's multidisciplinary team to support students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Attend IEP meetings and communicate assessment findings, progress, and recommendations. Provide coaching and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and behavior support staff. Support positive classroom practices, communication skills, social development, and student independence. Provide direct behavioral support and consultation across assigned classrooms or school sites. Maintain accurate documentation and protect student confidentiality. Support safe responses to challenging behavior in accordance with student plans and school procedures. Required Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavior intervention plans. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to complete required school background checks and onboarding requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school setting. Experience supporting students with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs. Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and staff training.

Pay:

$70.00 - $73.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
