Job Description

Support students growth and success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with PreK-8th grade at multiple school sites. This full-time, onsite contract position covers the upcoming school year and offers the rewarding opportunity to positively impact young learners' development while collaborating with dedicated educational teams. Seeking a dedicated professional experienced in school-based behavioral analysis. As a valued team member, youll help develop and implement effective intervention plans that foster positive behavioral change and student achievement.
Desired Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential National certification in Applied Behavior Analysis Prior experience in a school setting or with PreK-8th grade students preferred Comfortable working across 2-3 school sites Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and independently
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for PreK-8th grade students Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective strategies Provide training and consultation to school staff regarding behavioral interventions Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed Maintain records and documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
