9666346-95334 Job Description Step into a contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students across multiple schools in the PreK-8th grade range. Qualifications and Experience:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience in educational settings, especially with PreK-8th grade students, strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to travel between assigned school sites as needed Commitment to fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students, particularly those with a range of behavioral needs Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide training and consultation to teachers, staff, and families on evidence-based behavioral strategies Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adapt interventions as necessary Lead or participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a behavioral specialist Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and specialists across 2-3 school locations Promote a positive, supportive atmosphere for students from PreK through 8th grade This contract position offers the rewarding experience of helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within a vibrant school community.
