What you will be doing:

As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to help children reach their full potential. Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff Provide parent and caregiver coaching and education Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards What you must have: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams Passion for improving the lives of children with autism

Other Information:

Base Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000; Compensation varies by market and experience.
