At Beyond the Label Advocacy and Speech Therapy PC, we believe progress happens through connection, creativity, and celebrating every win. We're looking for a warm, energetic Behavior Technician who loves working with children and wants to make learning feel engaging and meaningful. You'll work one-on-one with clients in home and educational settings, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. Some days that might mean practicing a new routine; other days, it might mean turning play into a chance to learn. You'll follow each client's individualized plan and receive guidance from a supervising behavior analyst. What you'll do Make sessions engaging while teaching skills from each client's treatment plan. Use play, everyday activities, and positive reinforcement to support learning. Help clients practice communication, social skills, independence, and daily routines. Follow behavior support plans with patience and care. Track progress through session data and timely notes. Collaborate with families, supervisors, and other team members. Celebrate the small wins that lead to big growth! Pay:
$24.00 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
