r44506-95030 Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) High School | $70/hr Los Gatos, CA | On-Site | Full-Time ProCare Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Los Gatos, California. This position is focused exclusively on high school-aged students and is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys working collaboratively with Special Education teams while providing leadership and direction to behavioral support staff. The BCBA will oversee RBTs, develop and monitor behavioral programming, and work directly with school teams to ensure students receive consistent, evidence-based behavioral support throughout their school day.

Position Details Pay:

$70 per hour Full-time schedule MondayFriday 100% on-site in Los Gatos, CA High school caseload Supervision and support of RBTs Weekly paychecks Responsibilities Supervise and provide clinical direction to RBTs Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Analyze behavioral data and modify interventions as needed Observe students across classroom and campus environments Provide school-based ABA and behavioral consultation Train and coach RBTs and school staff on behavioral strategies Collaborate with Special Education teachers, administrators, related-service providers, and IEP teams Participate in IEP and behavioral meetings Support students with ASD, developmental disabilities, and challenging behaviors Ensure behavioral plans and data-collection procedures are implemented consistently Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the BACB Minimum of 2 years of professional BCBA experience required Previous experience supervising RBTs Strong knowledge of ABA, FBAs, BIPs, data collection, and behavioral programming School-based experience strongly preferred Must be comfortable working with high school-aged students Experience supporting students with moderate to significant behavioral needs preferred Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Must be available to work on-site ProCare Benefits $70 per hour Weekly paychecks Medical, dental, vision, life, and additional insurance options Matching 401(k) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Dedicated support from your ProCare Therapy recruiter Apply Today If youre an experienced BCBA who enjoys leading behavioral teams and working with high school students, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact within a collaborative school environment.
